GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (updated 1st december 2017)
Thank you for buying French Kick! We aim to please all clients – please find our general terms and conditions below. If you have any questions – please don’t hesitate to contact us!
In general we do not accept returns unless otherwise agreed in writing
All returns are subject to approval and work in the following way;
1. Client must organize return transportation and pay for the return costs. A packing list must be sent together with the goods and an e-mail with a tracking number and packing list should be sent to email@example.com, together with the reason for return.
2. Up on receipt of the goods French Kick will go through the return within 48 hours of receipt. If the return is approved a credit note for purchase of new goods will be issued and/or goods replaced.
3. If the return is approved, French Kick will furthermore credit the client a fixed percentage of 3% of the value of the goods to pay the transportation costs. If the the return is not approved, French Kick will not pay for the return of the goods and the goods will be returned to client on client account.
4. In case of doubt, Please send an e-mail in advance with any question you might have to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to solve any situation as quickly and cost efficiently as possible. All e-mails should be answered within 48 hours and we take pride in good service and happy clients.
Payments & Discount(s)
All bank information is clearly mentioned on the invoice that is sent together with the goods. All discounts are subject to payment date, hence payments that are made after payment date mentioned on invoice as per order agreement, no longer are subject to discounts.
Legal Disputes; French Kick is a brand owned by FK Productions Lda and produced in Portugal. By buying French Kick you acknowledge that any legal dispute is to take place in Portugal and accordingly to Portuguese law.
